Artist statementJumu is like a seasonal waterhole. This jumu is in the Japingka area. The big dark trees all around are bush peanut trees. In my country there we eat the peanuts, cook them in the fire and open them up. (O'Ferrall, Jimmy Pike - Desert Designs, 1995)
